ABOUT TC REGEN

OUR APPROACH

HB 1617 COMPLIANCE
REGENERATIVE MEDICINE WILL CHANGE HOW PEOPLE THINK ABOUT RECOVERY.
TC Regen is structured differently from most regenerative medicine clinics. Three board-certified physicians — orthopedic surgery, interventional pain medicine, and orthopedic spine surgery — evaluate each case. Treatment selection is determined by the physician whose sub-specialty matches the clinical presentation.

"WE STARTED TC REGEN WITH ONE MISSION — TO MATCH PATIENTS TO THE PHYSICIAN WHOSE SUB-SPECIALTY FITS THEIR DIAGNOSIS, NOT TO A FIXED TREATMENT MENU."
Jeff Delaney & Alex Joseph Co-Founders, TC Regen

FLORIDA HB 1617
TC Regen operates under Florida Statute 458.3245 (House Bill 1617), effective July 1, 2025. Florida is one of two U.S. states with a statutory pathway authorizing physicians to provide non-FDA-approved stem cell therapy. Cell products are sourced from AABB-accredited, FDA-registered facilities meeting current Good Manufacturing Practice standards. Written informed consent per statutory requirements.

SUB-SPECIALTY MATCHED
Most regenerative medicine clinics offer the same treatment menu to every patient. TC Regen evaluates each case by sub-specialty match. Orthopedic conditions are routed to orthopedic surgery. Spine conditions to spine surgery. Interventional pain cases to pain medicine. The treatment plan follows the diagnosis.

THE CO-FOUNDERS
THE PATIENT JOURNEY.
Every TC Regen patient follows the same four-step clinical pathway. From inquiry to treatment, each step is designed to match patients to the matching sub-specialist before any procedure is scheduled.
