Regenerative Medicine, Built Around the Patient.
Florida-licensed physicians, including board-certified specialists in orthopedic surgery and pain medicine
HOW THE PRACTICE OPERATES
Meet The Co-Founders
TC Regen was co-founded by Jeff Delaney and Alex Joseph, the founders of T Clinics USA. The regenerative medicine division was launched in 2026 to address a gap in Southwest Florida orthopedic care: regenerative procedures delivered under Florida-licensed physician supervision rather than the technician-led models common across the region.
Day-to-day medical operations are directed by Dr. David Deliberato, DO, board certified in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Deliberato evaluates each patient case, oversees procedure selection, and supervises clinical protocols across both TC Regen Naples and TC Regen Fort Myers.
“Aging is inevitable, but decline doesn’t have to be. At TC Regen, we harness the power of advanced regenerative therapies to help the body repair, recover, and perform at its highest potential—so you can stay active, independent, and doing what you love for years to come.”
— Jeff Delaney
I founded TC Regen to bring the next generation of regenerative therapies closer to home — so people no longer have to travel abroad to access them, the way I once did.

Care designed around your diagnosis, not a fixed treatment menu.
Every TC Regen patient receives a clinical evaluation, diagnostic imaging review, and biomechanical assessment by the physician whose sub-specialty matches the case. Treatment plans are built from the full regenerative toolkit — stem cell therapy, exosomes, BMAC, PRP, IV protocols, and interventional pain procedures — based on what the clinical findings indicate. Stem cell therapies are administered under Florida House Bill 1617 with written informed consent and AABB-accredited cell sourcing.
“Regenerative medicine works when the diagnosis comes first. The procedures are tools — knowing which one applies to which patient is the medicine.”
— Alex Joseph, Co-Founder, TC Regen
